Kurt Schmelz holds the position of President for the Information Solutions and Mailing Solutions Groups of ESI. In this role, Schmelz is responsible for information technology sales, technical services, and professional services in all Electronic Systems' locations. He is also responsible for driving growth in markets outside of Virginia.

Schmelz joined Electronic Systems in 2001 as Vice President, Sales for the Information Solutions Group. Prior to being named President, Schmelz held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager, Information Solutions Group and oversaw sales, service, and professional services management of ESI's computer technology business across Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.
