We offer different options for Aetna medical and dental plans. All of our Aetna plans are fully-featured PPO plans and provide coverage nationwide. We offer EyeMed Select vision coverage. ESI pays approximately 67% of the cost of most of these plans and employees pay the other 33%.
Retirement Savings Plan (401k)
Our 401(k) program offers a strong matching component. Currently, after one year of employment, we match 75% of each dollar that you contribute up to 6% of your annual salary and commission earnings. Our plan offers a range of investment options to suit your personal savings and risk preferences. Our plan also includes an optional investment selection tool.
Paid Time Off
Our time off benefits include annual vacation of 10 days (increasing to 15 days after five years of service), 7 established holidays, 2 personal days, and personal/medical leave options.
Life & AD&D Insurance
We pay 100% of the premium for basic Life and AD&D insurance equal to your annual earnings. We offer the option to purchase additional coverage for yourself, your spouse, and/or your children.
