Electronic Systems Names Jeff Weirich as Director of Sales for its Mailing Division

Virginia Beach, Virginia—August 24, 2009—Electronic Systems, Inc. (ESI) announced today that Jeff Weirich has joined the company as Director of Sales for the company’s Mailing Division. In this role, Jeff will be responsible for general management as well as overseeing the division’s sales activity throughout the company.

Jeff has many years of experience in the mailing industry, having most recently worked as a consultant in the greater Washington, D.C. area. Previously, he was in executive sales management for the Neopost Hasler Group, covering the Mid-Atlantic, Tampa, and Southern California regions.

ESI’s Mailing Division is a key player in the mailroom equipment and software market, offering the most advanced solutions for mailing and shipping systems, including: folders/inserters, high-speed addressing, and enterprise-wide tracking and tracing for letters, documents, parcels, and assets.

Prior to joining Neopost Hasler, Jeff held other executive management positions in the transportation and logistics industry, and was also the founder of a real estate information search engine that supplied investment grade data to commercial real estate professionals.

Jeff received his Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Carolina, and his Master’s degree in geoenvironmental studies from Shippensburg University. He will be based in the company’s Virginia Beach, Virginia office, and will report to Kurt Schmelz, President of ESI’s Information Systems Group and Mailing Group
