Virginia Beach, VA – March 30, 2010 – Electronic Systems, Inc. (ESI) announced today that Jim Tucker has joined the company as a Business Development Manager. In this capacity he will leverage his industry knowledge and customer relationships to help drive market penetration for ESI in Virginia.He will also work in conjunction with various Account Managers to help them uncover additional opportunities at their existing accounts.

Jim brings over 25 years of experience in computer networking and sales to the position. He comes to ESI after serving for three years as a Territory Sales Representative at Brocade Communications, where he managed customer accounts and developed channel partners for the company across Southeastern Virginia. Prior to that, he served ten years as a Key Account Manager at Cisco Systems. In that time he spent three years focused on higher education in Southern Virginia and five years overseeing the sale and service of switching and routing, wireless, unified communications, and security products.

Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Richmond and his Post Baccalaureate Degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. He will be based in the company's Virginia Beach, Virginia office, and will report to Brett Morris, Vice President of Sales for ESI's Information Solutions Group.
