The Mondelez building is a 42,774 sqm development comprising of state-of-the-art automation system supporting its business operations. The property will have a 1 MW on-site solar photovoltaic system which provides clean energy for on-site operations and will be targeting to achieve a 5 star Green Star Design & As Built rating.
