SHARE OPTION PLAN (continued) (c) Post-IPO share option scheme (continued) The overall limit on the number of shares which may be issued upon exercise of all outstanding options granted and yet to be exercised under Post-IPO share option scheme and any other option schemes of the Company at any time must not exceed 30% of the shares in issue from time to time (the “Option Scheme Limit”). No options may be granted under any schemes of the Company if this will result in the Option Scheme Limit being exceeded. Share options do not confer rights on the holders to dividends or to vote at shareholders’ meeting.
