ESR Hong Kong Asset Management Limited (“ESRHKAM”) is wholly-owned subsidiary of ESR Group Limited (HKEX:1821). ESRHKAM is a licenced corporation under Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap.571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) licenced to conduct Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities and registered as such with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (CE Number: BSH171).
ESRHKAM is responsible for investment, project management, finance, legal, tax, risk and compliance and investor relations.
To date, we manage around US$ 2 billion of assets in Hong Kong, including logistics facility and data center.
