The Group consistently participates in globally recognised benchmarks and ratings, such as GRESB, MSCI ESG Ratings, ISS and Sustainalytics ESG Risk Ratings. These platforms provide valuable insights into our performance relative to industry peers and help us identify opportunities for improvement.Since 2014, the Group has been involved in GRESB, the leading global benchmark for evaluating the ESG performance of real estate and infrastructure projects. A total of 49 listed REITs and private funds participated in the 2024 GRESB Assessment, including funds managed by the Group%u2019s data centres and renewables platforms under the Real Estate Benchmark and Infrastructure Benchmark respectively.
