About

Constructed in 1977, the property was originally named “Daewoo Center” as it was used as the headquarter for Daewoo group, a Korean conglomerate with various business lines including automobiles, shipbuilding and construction. Daewoo Center was one of the landmark buildings that symbolized Korea’s rapid economic development at that time. After going through massive renovations costing approximately KRW 120 billion in 2008-2009, the building was renamed Seoul Square.

The property is located across the street from Seoul Station in the heart of the city, offering convenient access to major business areas such as Gangnam and Yeouido through various means of transportation.
