SINGAPORE / TOKYO, 22 March 2026 – ESR Yokohama Sachiura Distribution Centre 3 (“ESR Sachiura DC3”) was the setting for Red Bull Tokyo Drift 2026, with ESR transforming the four‑storey logistics facility and its surrounding 30-hectare site into a dynamic, multi‑level destination for drift culture, automotive creativity, and live music.

Held on 21 March, the event attracted approximately 5,000 Japanese and international car culture enthusiasts, underscoring ESR’s commitment to activating its assets in ways that engage communities and demonstrate the potential of modern logistics infrastructure beyond traditional industrial use.

Building on the strong reception of the inaugural event in 2025, ESR partnered with Red Bull for a second year to reimagine its Yokohama asset as an immersive cultural venue. Activities were staged across all levels of ESR Sachiura DC3, showcasing the scale, adaptability, and design flexibility of the facility.

Stuart Gibson, Co-founder and Co-CEO, ESR, said, “Red Bull Tokyo Drift 2026 showcases the ambition, pursuit of excellence, and positive energy that define how we design, develop, and manage every ESR asset. Co-hosting the event at ESR Sachiura DC3 places our brand at the centre of a globally recognised motorsport culture, resonating with a younger generation of fans, while forging deeper connections with the community by reimagining what logistics infrastructure can be. It’s a powerful demonstration of how these spaces can come alive when partnership, performance, and innovation come together.”

Curated by Red Bull, the event programme featured drift demonstrations, live performances by artists and DJs, and collaborations with fashion and lifestyle brands. The programme complemented ESR’s vision of creating spaces that support innovation, experiential use, and community connection.

The ground floor of ESR Sachiura DC3 was converted into a drift course, delivering high‑impact demonstrations by Red Bull athletes. Levels three and four hosted an expansive car meet with approximately 500 vehicles on display, while the second storey featured a live performance stage, adding music and street‑culture energy to the experience.

ESR Sachiura DC3 is part of the 30-hectare ESR Yokohama Sachiura logistics park, which caters to a diverse mix of customers. Reflecting ESR’s human-centric design approach, the campus integrates large-format logistics infrastructure with shared amenities that support workers and surrounding communities, including landscaped green spaces, lounges, a daycare centre, 24-hour retail offerings, and dedicated rest areas for drivers.
