Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is an important focus area for ESR and today’s business world. ESR’s celebration of International Women’s Day and participation in various related events promoting gender inclusivity has been a big hit and very much appreciated across the Group. Putting unconscious-bias and cultural differences training amongst others, in addition to the creation of relevant ESG policies, is an important step and going forward we will continue to broaden and deepen our DEI programs and initiatives.

At ESR we believe all employees have the right to work in an inclusive and professional workplace environment. Employees at all levels have an obligation to ensure that the Group’s diversity, equity and inclusion goals are fully carried out in their areas of responsibilities. Gender representation end 2022 was 45% female and at the Board level 60% of our Independent Non-Executive Directors are women. We also take a zero-tolerance approach towards discrimination.
