Pierre emphasized that while inflation, rising construction costs and labor shortages have put a damper on development activity, those same factors make core investment in logistics extremely compelling. He also noted that the ESR-managed state-of-the-art facilities selling in 2025 will be trading below replacement cost auguring significant positive rental reversion for the incoming capital.
